Chicken Korma
1 large potato
1 medium onion
1 cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf
3 whole cloves
1 Tbsp canola oil
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 garlic clove
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp minced, fresh gingerroot
2 medium tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
While potato is cooking, mince garlic and gingerroot and place in a small bowl with curry powder. Set aside.
Cut the chicken into 1/2 in chunks and set aside.
