Menu: Week of December 6-12

I am so excited about this week's menu plan! I've included some of my favorite recipes as well as some new ones. Take a peak:

Monday: Broccoli Cheese Soup and Butter Rolls
Tuesday: Spicy Honey Brushed Chicken Thighs and Basic Biscuits
Wednesday: Keema (Indian Spiced Ground Beef with Peas) and Chapati (Flatbread)
Thursday: Leftover/Takeout Night
Friday: Wingless Buffalo Chicken Pizza
Saturday: Cafe Rio-style Sweet Pork Salad
Sunday: Roast with Potatoes and Carrots
Family Night Treat: Ritz Tagalongs

Pantry:
Flour (whole wheat and all-purpose)
Rice
yeast
baking powder
sugar
brown sugar
salt
pepper
garlic powder
garlic salt
chili powder
cumin
paprika
crushed red pepper
ground ginger
cinnamon
ground coriander
ground nutmeg
ground cloves
Montreal Steak Seasoning
honey
cider vinegar
chicken broth, bouillon, or granules (enough to make 6 cups)
worcestershire sauce
canola oil
olive oil
shortening
cooking spray
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can black beans
1 packet TRADITIONAL Hidden Valley Ranch mix (not butttermilk)
tomato sauce (1/2 cup)

jar of salsa
can of green chilies
hot sauce
lipton onion soup mix
Ritz Crackers
peanut butter
chocolate chips or chocolate "almond bark" used for dipping

Fresh:
broccoli (1 1/2 lb)
4 onions
3 scallions (green onions)
carrots
garlic
fresh green chili pepper
1 lemon
2 limes
2 tomatillos
3 tomatoes
1 jalapeño
romaine lettuce
2 cilantro bunches
guacamole, if desired for salad (or avocado and guac mix)
potatoes (whatever kind you like or have on hand)
frozen peas
2 eggs
butter
Monterey Jack cheese
cheddar cheese
sour cream
milk
buttermilk (1 cup)
mayonnaise
tortillas
tortilla strips and cotija (or parmesan) cheese to garnish salad, if desired
1/2 cup heavy cream
Chicken Boneless Skinless Breasts (1-2 depending on family size, on sale at Albertson's this week!)
Chicken Boneless Skinless Thighs (recipe calls for 8 but you can halve if your family is smaller)
1 lb ground beef
4 bone-in pork chops (on sale at Albie's as well, it's a great week to stock up on meat!)
pot roast (I usually choose a chuck or rump roast)
1 can coke or dr pepper (not diet)
