Spaghetti and Cheesy Stuffed Meatballs

This is a fun, kid-pleasing recipe that tastes great too! Keep it simple by following the basic recipe or jazz it up by making your own pasta sauce and adding onions and spices to the meatballs.



Spaghetti and Cheesy Stuffed Meatballs

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
1 egg
2 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 12 (1/2 in) cubes
1 jar (1 lb 10 oz) Pasta Sauce
8 oz spaghetti, cooked and drained


Combine ground beef, bread crumbs and egg in a bowl, shape into 12 meatballs. Press 1 cheese cube into each meatball, enclosing completely.


Bring pasta sauce to boil in saucepan over medium-high heat. Gently stir in uncooked meatballs.

Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 20 min or until meatballs are done. Serve over hot spaghetti.
